D'Worth Builders Llp is over at SCO 1 in the Ambika Complex. Our location is right near the main bus stand in Kharar, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. It is a handy spot for people to find, but the parking can be a real pain during the middle of the day. We are just a local team of builders and planners, not some huge corporate entity. Most of our time is spent talking to the workers on site and checking on how things are progressing around Kharar. The office in Ambika Complex is where we keep all the paperwork and meet people who have questions about their builds. It is a very basic office, nothing too special to look at. The main thing is just getting the work done without a lot of unnecessary talk or delays. Sometimes it gets a bit loud in the office because of the buses, but we have gotten used to it. We have been in this part of Punjab for quite a while and we know the local ground. People seem to like that we are straightforward and don't try to sell them things they don't actually need. We just give a fair estimate and try to stick to it. It is about showing up and doing the job. We keep things relaxed and don't worry too much about having a fancy setup as long as the projects are moving.
