We are located at E-004 in Sunny Enclave, which is in Sector 125 of Kharar. If you know the Mohali area, you know it’s been growing fast lately. We handle bricks and blocks for all the construction going on. It’s a busy spot to be in. Our office is right there in the enclave, so it’s easy to reach, though the traffic in Mohali can get a bit crowded during the day. We started this business because there was such a need for building materials nearby. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team trying to keep up with the orders. Sometimes the yard gets a bit disorganized when a big shipment comes in, but we get it sorted eventually. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If you need blocks for a wall or a new house, we tell you what we have and what it costs. Simple as that. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones talking to drivers and making sure the loads get to the right sites in Kharar. It’s a lot of coordination. Being in Sunny Enclave is good for us because we’re close to where a lot of the new building is happening. We like being part of the neighborhood. We just do our work, keep our books straight, and try to stay busy. It’s a practical way to earn a living.
