Dharbrahmna Buildtech Private Limited operates out of House No. 53 in Gulmohar City, Kharar. It’s a bit different because we are based in a residential area, which makes things a little quieter than being on a main commercial road. Kharar is growing so fast these days, with new houses and apartments popping up everywhere you look. Being in Gulmohar City puts us right in the middle of all that growth. We spend our time working on buildtech projects, which means we are often looking at construction plans or visiting sites nearby. Since we are in Mohali district, there is a lot of demand for new ideas in building. Our office is basically a home office setup, which keeps things relaxed and simple. We don't have a big corporate team, just some dedicated people who know their way around a construction site. We often have meetings around the kitchen table or in the small office space we’ve set up. It feels more personal that way. We deal with the local authorities and suppliers to keep our projects moving along. Some days we are out in the sun all day, and other days we are stuck inside doing the boring accounting and legal stuff. It’s a mix of everything, and we just try to stay honest and do the work that comes our way in Kharar. We like the neighborhood feel of our location.
