DEEP FINSOL NIDHI LIMITED

DEEP FINSOL NIDHI LIMITED is based in the village of Dhamtan. We are situated at the home of Ramesh Kumar, who is the son of Raghbir Singh. It is a local village office, so don't expect a big glass front or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around the main desk dealing with whoever walked in that morning. The office is part of a regular house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a bank in the city. We have some files stacked up and a computer that we use for most of the entries. It gets dusty because of the wind coming off the fields, but we try to keep it clean enough. People from the village stop by quite often, sometimes just to say hello while they are passing through. We do our work one step at a time and don't rush things. If the electricity goes out, we just wait it out or use the registers for a bit. It’s a very local way of doing things here in Dhamtan. We know everyone by their first name and their family history. It’s a small operation that fits the pace of life here. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It is just a place where the local community comes to sort out their bits and pieces without any fuss or complicated talk.
