You can find us at House Number 01 in Mohalla Rauni, which is Ward Number 10 in Derabassi. We are right near the big water tank, which is the easiest way to tell people how to get here. If you see the tank, you’re basically at our doorstep. It’s a local neighborhood, not a business park, so it feels very much like home. We’ve been operating out of this part of Mohali for a while now. Dealing with infrastructure and building projects in Punjab requires knowing the local rules and the local people, and being based in a mohalla helps with that. We don't have a big neon sign or a fancy lobby. It’s just an office in a house where we get things done. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the phone won't stop ringing about some site in Derabassi or nearby. We handle the technical side of building, the stuff people don't usually see like the foundations and the structural bits. It’s a lot of dirt and sweat, but we like seeing a project come together from nothing. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just take on the work we can handle and try to do right by the people who hire us. If you’re in the neighborhood near the water tank, you’ll probably see us coming and going throughout the day.
