Our office is at SCO 3 in Sector-6/730 along the Ats Road. It is part of the Shivpuri Colony area in Dera Bassi. We have been working under the name Daniel Daniel Constructive Private Limited for a while now. Mohali is changing fast and being out here in Sas Nagar means we see a lot of it happening right outside the window. The office is not huge, just a standard shop-cum-office setup you see everywhere in Punjab. It gets the job done though. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the plans for whatever site we are currently on. Dera Bassi has its own pace, a bit different from the main city. Being on Ats Road makes it easy for the trucks to come and go when we need to move materials. We do not really go in for big speeches about what we do. We just build things. Some days it is smooth and other days there are delays with the weather or the workers, but that is just how the construction business goes. We keep our files in the back and there is a small area for meetings if someone drops by. The zip code is 140507 if you are sending mail. We are just local people trying to make a living and getting the structures up properly. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until late evening. This colony is a decent spot for a construction office because we are close to everything.
