CRESTINFRA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located over in Sector 117 of Mohali. We are actually set up in Royal Fame Motia, specifically in Flat No. 118 in Tower 9. It’s a bit different running a development company out of a flat instead of a big glass office building, but it suits us just fine for now. The 140301 area is growing so fast these days, and being right here in the middle of it helps us keep an eye on things. Most mornings start with a quick tea and then checking on the various projects we have going on. The tower can get a little busy with neighbors coming and going, but it’s generally a good place to work. We spend a lot of our time out on the actual construction sites, so the office is mostly for when we need to sit down and figure out the numbers or deal with the legal side of things. It’s a small team here. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing; it’s more about being practical since we might end up in the mud at a site by the afternoon. Mohali has changed a lot since we started, and being part of that change is interesting. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It's just how we operate day to day in this part of town.
