We’re located at Plot 434 in Phase 9, which is part of the Industrial Focal Point in Mohali. If you know the area, you know it’s full of factories and warehouses. That’s where Cascata Food & Beverages operates. It’s a practical space. We’ve got our equipment set up and we spend the day-to-day making sure everything is produced correctly. It’s not a quiet place to work. There’s always the sound of machines or trucks loading up outside in the yard. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just want to get the products out on time. The floor is usually busy with people moving things around or cleaning up after a shift. We’ve had to deal with all sorts of issues over the years, like power cuts or machinery breaking down at the worst possible time. But that’s just life in an industrial zone. We keep a small, dedicated crew who knows the ropes and doesn't mind the noise. We don't have a big corporate team in suits. We’re usually in our work clothes, getting our hands dirty with the production process. S.A.S. Nagar has become a big hub, and being in Phase 9 puts us right in the middle of all the action. We take care of our own maintenance and logistics. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We just focus on the work and let the rest of the world take care of itself.
