Bosco Restaurants Private Limited

Our place is right inside the Falcon View Society at Tower X-201. Being in Sector 66A means we deal with a lot of the people who live right here in the towers. It’s a bit of a different setup than a shop on the main road, but it works for what Bosco Restaurants is trying to do. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or checking on supplies. S.A.S. Nagar has grown so much lately, and this area is always moving with construction and new people moving in. We have a small crew and we all pretty much do everything. One minute you’re checking the books, the next you’re helping clear a table or talking to a delivery guy. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We keep things simple. The kitchen can get cramped when we’re busy, but we’ve learned how to move around each other without causing a mess. We get our ingredients locally when we can. It’s just about getting through the day and making sure the residents here are satisfied with what we’re putting out. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is slow, or we have a bit of a wait for a delivery, but we manage. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay afloat and serve the community in Sector 66A. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just have our work and this spot in the society. It keeps us on our toes.
