Bindal Realtech Developers Private Limited is located at Shop No. 22 in the Unicity Business Centre. It’s in the Bhabat area of Zirakpur, which is a place that never really seems to slow down. If you’re around Mohali, you know how much building and moving is going on. We are right in the middle of it. Our shop isn't anything too crazy, just a spot where we sit down and figure out the real estate stuff we are working on. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on different plots or buildings around the Zirakpur area. It’s a busy spot near the main roads, so there is always traffic and people moving about. We handle the usual developer things, like looking at land and trying to see what can be done with it. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people, and sometimes things get a bit hectic, but that’s just how the property business works in this part of Punjab. We have been here for a while and seen the town change quite a bit. It’s interesting to see new buildings go up where there was nothing before. When we aren't out at a site, we are usually at the shop drinking some chai and sorting through folders. It is honest work and we just try to get through the daily list of things that need doing. We take it one day at a time.
