Bellwether Foods Private Limited

We are out at Plot No. 321 in the Phase 9 Industrial Area. It’s exactly what you’d expect from an industrial zone—lots of trucks, big warehouses, and the sound of machinery in the distance. Bellwether Foods Private Limited fits right in because we’re mostly focused on the physical side of things. Our space is basically one large open area with some partitioned spots for the desks. The floors are concrete and they stay pretty cold in the winter. We don’t have much in the way of decor; it’s mostly just stacks of supplies and a few calendars pinned to the wall. The entrance is a big metal shutter that we roll up every morning. It’s noisy when it goes up, but it lets in the fresh air. We spend our days coordinating arrivals and departures. There is a small tea stall just around the corner where everyone goes for a break. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone comes by, whoever is closest to the door just goes to see what they need. It’s a straightforward way to work. We don't worry about being fancy or looking a certain way. As long as the work gets done and the orders are right, we are happy. The days can be long, especially when there are delays with the trucks, but we just stick it out together until everything is finished.
