Our office is right on the first floor, shops 20 and 21, near the Bigbazar on the Chandigarh-Ambala Road. If you’ve ever driven through Zirakpur, you know how hectic that road can be. There is always someone honking or some construction going on. We are right in the thick of it. It’s a convenient spot, especially being so close to Mohali and the main highway. We’ve been here in Zirakpur for a few years now. The space is simple. We have some desks, a place for the site supervisors to sit, and way too many coffee mugs. We do construction work, mostly around this side of the city. It’s a lot of managing different crews and making sure the supplies actually show up at the site when they’re supposed to. Sometimes things go according to plan, and other times we are scrambling to find a plumber at six in the evening. That’s just the construction life. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just Banstag Constructions, working out of a commercial shop in a busy part of town. Most people who come in are just looking for someone reliable to help with a project. We talk, we look at the numbers, and we see what we can do. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. It’s nothing fancy, but it is what we know how to do best.
