We are located at number 617 in E Block of the New Generation Maple Apartments. It’s in Dhakoli, Mohali. If you know the area, you know the traffic can be a bit of a nightmare during the morning rush. Our office is just a regular apartment converted into a workspace. It’s not one of those glass-walled offices you see in the big cities. We have a few desks, some files stacked up in the corner, and a small area where we make tea. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at local property listings in Punjab. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the block are used to us by now. Sometimes the elevator in E Block is slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a practical place to work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. Dhakoli has changed a lot since we started. There are more shops now and the road outside is always busy. We like being part of the local scene here in Mohali. It’s a simple life. We come in, do our work, and head home like everyone else. No big mission statements, just a group of people in an apartment block doing business.
