We are based out of Office Block G2 in Royal City, right over in the Singhpura area. Being on the Ambala Highway in Zirakpur means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. Accor Developers Llp has been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s a straightforward office where we handle the day-to-day tasks of developing property. It isn't always quiet here, especially with the highway traffic, but it makes it easy for people to find us. Most of the time, we’re out on the dirt at various sites, then we come back here to finish the filing and phone calls. It’s a lot of coordination between different crews and making sure everything is where it should be. We know Mohali-140603 like the back of our hand. The Punjab sun can be tough during the summer months, but the work doesn't stop. We don’t use any of those fancy business terms. We just say what’s happening and get on with it. Royal City is a decent place to work from. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of pens, just like any other normal office. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a sleek lobby. We just want to make sure the buildings go up right. It’s honest work that takes up most of our hours. If you’re driving down the highway near Singhpura, you’re close to where we handle everything.
