Abp Builders And Promoters Private Limited is located at Showroom No. 20 in Shivalik Enclave. This is right on Landran Road in Kharar. If you are familiar with the Mohali area, you probably know this stretch of road quite well. It’s a busy place with a lot of new things coming up every month. We’ve been here in Punjab for a bit now, keeping our heads down and working on different building projects. Our showroom isn't just for show; it’s where we actually do all our daily work. We have our files, our computers, and usually a lot of tea going around the office. Kharar is growing so fast that there is always a new project for us to look at. We spend time at the office and then head out to the sites in SAS Nagar. It’s a lot of driving back and forth throughout the day. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we are building and when it will be finished. The office at Shivalik Enclave is our home base and it’s a very practical space. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather put that into the actual buildings we make. We are just a group of builders and promoters trying to do a decent job for the community. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors and checking on materials. It’s tiring work but it’s what we know how to do best.
