We operate out of Spangle Condos, right on the Old Kalka-Ambala Road. It’s actually House No. D-92, so it feels more like a home office than a stiff corporate building. Being in Dhakoli, near Dera Bassi, means we get a bit of that suburban quiet, which helps when we’re trying to focus on advising students. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their studies and where they want to go next. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking requirements. We aren’t a big operation, just a small setup where we take things one person at a time. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it's a bit different from being in a high-rise. We like it that way. It keeps things grounded. We have our desks set up and plenty of files tucked away in cabinets. Every day is different because everyone who walks in has a different goal or a different country they're looking at. We just try to explain how things work without making it sound too confusing. It’s practical work. We make sure the forms are right and the dates are checked. If we aren't at our desks, we're probably just grabbing a quick bite nearby. It's a simple way to work, and being based in a condo complex makes it feel a bit more personal than a typical office park. It's just our small way of helping students out.
