V B Electronics

You can find V B Electronics over at Plot No 109 / 113 in Lingojiguda. It’s right in the Saroornagar area. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular brick building with a sign. Inside, it’s a different story. We have parts of televisions and radios spread out on the workbenches. There’s always a soldering iron warming up somewhere. It smells like hot metal and plastic most of the time. We get a lot of people from the local neighborhood bringing in things that stopped working. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times we have to keep the device for a few days to find the right component. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a screwdriver at the moment. It gets a bit cluttered because we hate throwing away old parts that might be useful later. The shelves are sagging a bit under the weight of old monitors. We’ve been in Saroornagar for a good bit now, so we know the people around here. We don't do much advertising. Word of mouth is usually how people find out we’re here. It’s just a practical place for fixing things. We work through the afternoon, usually with a radio playing in the background, and close up when the street lights come on.
