Sree Ramana Projects

We are located at Plot No. 202, D. No. 8-170, in Balaji Nagar, Mallapur. This is in the Saroornagar area, which has grown a lot since we first set up Sree Ramana Projects. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all the details for our various building and development projects. It’s not a polished corporate suite; there are usually blueprints spread out over every available surface and boots by the door. We spend a lot of time traveling between Mallapur and Balapur to check on different sites. Working in real estate and projects means dealing with a lot of different people, from contractors to local officials. It’s rarely a nine-to-five job. We are often out late or starting very early to beat the heat. The neighborhood of Balaji Nagar is quiet enough for us to get our paperwork done when we need to. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they are done right. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a permit taking too long. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a practical business run by people who actually know how to get their hands dirty on a site. It’s a lot of running around, but we enjoy seeing something new finally built.
