Our place, Srjm Gruha Udyog, is located at Shed No 7 117 in Balapur Village. It’s a bit different being in a village setting compared to the big industrial estates. Things move a little differently here. The shed is part of our daily life, and we’ve been here long enough that the locals all know us. It’s a modest setup, nothing fancy about it. We do a lot of the work by hand or with simple tools. Sometimes the kids from the village wander near the shed, and we have to tell them to stay clear. It’s not a massive operation. We just focus on what we can manage each day. Balapur has its own rhythm, and we fit right into it. The shed stays busy, and there’s always something to clean or organize once the day’s work is done. We don't use big words or have complicated processes. We just follow what we know works. The weather affects us quite a bit, especially when it’s dusty or raining hard, as the shed isn't perfectly sealed. But we make it work somehow. It’s a small, honest business run by people who live right nearby. We just want to keep the production steady and the quality decent for the people who rely on us. We don't have any big signs or fancy posters on the walls. Just some old calendars and a few shelves for our materials. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time.
