Three G Fluoropolymers Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No 4712 Gidc Estate, in the Plastic Zone. It is a busy place to be. People come in early every morning to get the machines started before it gets too hot. The sounds of the equipment filling the room is how we know the day has really begun. It stays pretty dusty around here in the Plastic Zone, so we are always cleaning something. We have been at Plot No 4712 for a long time now. The Gidc Estate is always full of trucks backing in and out of the narrow roads. You have to be careful walking around. In the afternoon, the heat really settles into the building and makes everyone move a bit slower. Three G Fluoropolymers Pvt. Ltd. is just a normal workspace where we show up and do what we have to do. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of that. It is just desks and the shop floor with some old chairs. Sometimes the tea man comes by on his bicycle and we all take a few minutes. The neighbors at 4711 can be a bit noisy with their loading, but we are used to it. Our sign is starting to fade from the sun but people still find us. Inside, it is organized in our own way, even if it looks messy to an outsider. The concrete floor has some oil stains that have been there for years. We stay late some days when there is a lot of work. It is just life at the estate.
