Polymer Roto Inks

Polymer Roto Inks is located right across from the GIDC fire station in Sarigam. Being on Road No. 7/1 makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic near the fire station can be a bit much sometimes. Our place spans Plot No-5/19 and 5/20. Inside, it’s all about the ink. There are pails of different colors everywhere you look. Sometimes a bit of magenta or cyan gets spilled, so the floor has these permanent colorful stains. It looks a bit like an art project gone wrong, but that’s just life in an ink factory. We have big mixers that churn the pigments and solvents together. The smell of solvent is quite strong, so we keep the big doors open for ventilation even when it's raining outside. Our crew in Sarigam is local, mostly from around Taluka Umergaon or other parts of Valsad. We don't have a fancy showroom or any promotional displays. If you want to see what we do, you just walk into the production area. We handle all the grinding and the testing ourselves. The sun hits the front of the building hard in the afternoon, making it quite bright. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background to keep the mood light while we work. It’s a simple setup, focused on mixing the right shades and getting the drums filled. We just do our work and go home to our families.
