Calibre Chemicals is located at 903 GIDC Sarigam, which is part of the Umbergaon Taluka in the Valsad District. It’s a bit of a trek to get here via Bhilad, but it’s a solid location for what we do. The industrial estate is quite vast, and we have our spot right there. Every morning starts with the sound of the gates opening and the workers arriving. We’ve been here long enough that the routine is second nature to everyone. We deal with various chemical processes, and it’s mostly about keeping the equipment maintained and the output steady. The air always has that industrial smell, and the trucks are constantly moving in and out of the yard. It's a busy place, but we keep things grounded. We don't use big words to describe what we do; it’s just chemistry and manual labor combined. In the office, we mostly just handle the logs and coordinate with the transport guys to make sure the containers get to where they’re going. Sometimes the heat in Valsad is a bit much, but we have our fans going. It’s a straightforward operation. We just put in the hours, keep the quality where it needs to be, and try to get home before it gets too late. That's life for us at Sarigam. It's just simple, hard work for the whole team.
