Ags Furniture is based at 17 B Senthottam in Janatha Nagar. Our shop is a mix of a showroom and a workshop. You can usually hear the sound of saws or sanding from the back while you’re looking at the finished pieces in the front. We have been here in Janatha Nagar for a good while. The place is full of the smell of fresh wood and polish. It’s not a fancy place with bright lights and air conditioning. It’s a working shop. We make chairs, tables, and whatever else people ask for. Sometimes the floors are covered in sawdust, and we just sweep it up at the end of the day. There are just a few of us here, and we do all the work ourselves. We don't have a sales team or any marketing people. If you come by, you’ll likely talk to the same person who is actually building the furniture. We use simple tools and techniques that have worked for us for years. Senthottam is a decent area, and we like being part of the local scene. We don't have a big catalog; we just show people what we have on the floor or talk about what we can make. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We aren't trying to be the biggest furniture store around. We just want to make things that people can actually use in their homes and that will stay sturdy for years to come.
