You can find us at Plot 2 in the MIDC Area along the Kalyan Bhiwandi Road. It’s a very industrial part of the region, so there are trucks and lorries everywhere you look. The road can be quite a headache during peak hours, but it’s where the work is. Our mill is focused on board and paper. It’s a big operation with a lot of heavy machinery that runs pretty much all the time. The smell of pulp and paper is something you get used to after your first week. It’s a bit damp and warm inside the plant because of the processes we use. We have a lot of workers who have been with us for years. They know the machines inside out and can tell if something is wrong just by the sound it makes. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for a long time. It’s a lot of physical work, moving rolls of paper and checking the quality as it comes off the line. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or machinery breaking down, which is frustrating, but we just fix it and move on. It’s a practical business, and we just try to keep things moving day after day. We don't make a big deal out of things.
