Sometimes the roads around here get muddy during the monsoon, making it hard for trucks to get close. We just have to carry things by hand then. We don't use any fancy management techniques. It’s just about keeping track of what goes out and what comes in. There’s usually a lot of paperwork that piles up on the desk. We try to stay on top of it, but sometimes it gets ahead of us. Working in Saran feels very grounded. We know the people around here and they know us. We don't bother with big advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a small operation and that’s how we like it. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about the rest. It’s a decent way to make a living.
