Outside, the streets of Jagatpur are often busy with bicycles and people walking to the local market. It’s a very traditional neighborhood where everyone looks out for one another. Inside the office, we have a few old cupboards filled with records and a desk that has seen better days. We don't worry much about the decor; we are more concerned with keeping things running smoothly day to day. There’s a small garden out front that Mr. Dwivedi looks after, and it gives the place a bit of color. Sometimes we sit out there to discuss our plans when the sun isn't too hot. Chapra has its own pace, and we fit right into it. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just a local foundation doing our bit from a house in the village. It is a humble place but it is always open.
