Village Pengwara is home for us. We set up Sattu Besin Pvt. Ltd. near the Hanuman Mandir because it felt like a good spot, and honestly, hearing the temple bells in the morning is a nice way to start the workday. We’re located in the Pachrukhi area, which most people around here know pretty well. We spend our days processing gram and making sure the sattu is ground just right. It’s a messy job, and there’s always a layer of yellow flour on everything, including our shoes. We don't mind it, though. It’s what we do. The local farmers bring us their crops, and we turn it into something people can use for their meals. We have a few employees from the village, so it’s always a bit of a social gathering while we work. We talk about the weather, the crops, and whatever else is happening in Pengwara. Our building is simple and functional. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy packaging designs. We just focus on making sure the product is what it’s supposed to be. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a business in a village. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours, and we’re proud of the work we put in every single day.
