We are based out of Rasulpurtola in the Ekma block of Saran. Our setup is at Shirji Dubey’s place, and we have been doing construction work around this area for a good while. It is a rural spot, and things move at their own pace here. We handle the daily tasks of building and making sure materials get to the sites in Rasalpur and nearby villages. It is hard work, mostly involving a lot of manual labor and coordinating with local workers who know the land. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; we just work out of the village office and focus on what needs to be built. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to finish a project before the weather turns bad. We are just a group of local guys who understand how construction works in this part of Saran. We don't use any fancy talk, just plain English about what we do every day. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or issues with the supplies, but that is just part of the reality of working in a place like Asahmi. We just keep our heads down and get on with it. It feels good to see something actually built where there was nothing before. Most people in the village know us, and we prefer to keep things simple and honest without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures. We try to be helpful and stay busy through the seasons.
