Rootcollars Clothing Private Limited is located over by the Sunhari Lal Manager Mahavidhyalaya in Sheak Gadhi Agsauli. Being so close to the college means there is always a lot of movement outside our doors. We are mostly focused on making different types of clothes. It is a straightforward operation. We have the cutting tables on one side and the stitching units on the other. The building is simple and we spend our time managing the fabric rolls and making sure the patterns are cut right. Agsauli is where we have set up shop, and it works out okay for us. The staff consists of people from the nearby areas who know their way around a needle and thread. It gets a bit hectic when we have a big batch of shirts or trousers to finish up. We don't really do much besides the actual production work. You will see piles of cloth everywhere and the hum of the motors is the main sound you hear all day. Sometimes the college students wander by looking for work or just curious about what we do inside. We just keep our heads down and focus on the garments. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we make it work with what we have. It is a basic workplace where we do our daily shifts and handle the business of making clothes for the market. It gets the job done.
