Rnb Buildcon (Opc) Private Limited is basically just a small operation I started out of Ward No.18 on Amakherwa Road. Being a one-person company means I’m usually the one answering the phone, checking the books, and driving out to see how the building work is going. Amakherwa Road is a bit of a mess lately with all the repairs, so getting materials delivered on time is always a bit of a gamble. I’ve lived around here for a long time and decided to start this because I saw how many people needed basic construction help without all the fancy talk. We do small builds and some renovation work mostly. The office isn't much to look at, just a desk and a few chairs in the front room, but it gets the job done. I spend a lot of time talking to local laborers and trying to keep everything on schedule, which is harder than it sounds when it starts raining or the cement truck gets stuck somewhere. There’s a lot of paperwork with the local authorities too, which takes up more time than the actual building does. I don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find out about me through word of mouth or just seeing the sign on the road. It’s a simple life, just trying to build things that stay standing and making sure the bills get paid at the end of every month. It’s honest work.
