Rkss Buildtech Private Limited is our small company. We are based on Dwari Road, which is just to the east of the Shivganga area. We are located at the place of Mohan Ram Pandit and Laxmi Charan. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical spot where we get our work done. We do building and construction tech work, mostly for residential projects around this part of town. Shivganga is a well-known area, so most people don't have trouble finding us. We don't believe in spending a lot of money on big signs or glossy brochures. We would rather spend that on better tools or keeping our workers happy. Construction is a tough business with a lot of physical labor and long days in the sun. We’ve had projects where things went wrong, like a wall that needed to be redone or a delivery that never showed up. We just fix the problems and keep going. We know the local suppliers and we try to use materials that can stand up to the local weather. Most of our new jobs come from old clients who liked what we did before. We don't have a corporate mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build things that are strong and stay within the budget. If you walk down Dwari Road, you can usually see us working or chatting with neighbors. We’re just a local business doing our thing.
