Rediance Infratech Llp

We run Rediance Infratech Llp out of Ram Nath’s place in Kachora. It’s a simple setup where we handle various infratech jobs. Being in Kachora means we are close to the actual work we are doing. Ram Nath is the son of Son Pal Singh, and this is where we have our base of operations. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign outside the door. It’s just us working on tech and infrastructure stuff. Usually, we are busy with site measurements or talking to vendors about materials. The office is really just a room where we keep our files and laptops. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from laborers to suppliers. There is no set routine really, because something always changes at the last minute. One day we are looking at soil reports, and the next we are trying to fix a logistics issue. It is a small team and we all know each other's families. Working in a place like this keeps us grounded. We don't pretend to be something we are not. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes it is stressful when deadlines are close, but we sit together and figure it out. We have a lot of local knowledge which helps when we are starting a new project in the area. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time without much fuss or any fancy talk.
