Pawan Fruit Ice Cream

We have been here in Belwatiya village for quite a while now. If you are looking for us, we are just near the Bank of India in the Sukul Pakar area. It's a quiet spot most of the time, but things get busy when the weather gets hot. My family started this because there wasn't much around here for kids to enjoy a cold treat. We use a lot of local fruits when they are in season because that's what tastes right. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a few chairs and the freezer units running all day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to manage with the backup, which is a bit of a headache but we make it work. People stop by after work or when they're finished with their business at the bank. It's nice to see the same faces every week. We don't do much advertising or anything like that, mostly people just know we are here by word of mouth. Sometimes the road gets dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. It’s just how it is running a small place in the village. We keep the flavors simple. Nothing too complicated, just stuff people like to eat. It gets loud when the school lets out, and that's usually our busiest hour of the day. We just try to keep everything cold and ready for whoever walks through the door.
