National Academy

Our school is out in Shahnewazpur, right along State Highway 73. Most people find us by taking the Madsaura Road here in Taraiya, Saran. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main town, but we’re right there on the side of the road. It’s a simple academy. We have the students from the nearby villages coming in every day. The building is basic, nothing too flashy, just enough rooms for the classes we need to hold. Being near the highway means there’s always some noise from the trucks and cars passing by, but we don't mind it much anymore. We try to keep things steady for the kids. There’s a bit of a yard where they can run around during the breaks. Usually, the morning is the busiest time when everyone is arriving at once. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the boards, the desks, and the textbooks. It’s a quiet life out here for the most part, except when school is in session. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the local families know us well. We just focus on getting through the lessons every day and making sure the kids have a place to go to learn. It's a humble setup, but it works for the community here. The rain sometimes makes the road a bit muddy, but we manage just fine. We have a small gate that stays shut during the classes. A few trees grow near the back.
