LAXMAN CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

I run Laxman Construction mostly by myself, which is why it’s an OPC. My house is number 44 in Belwa Ray Tola, over in the Narirawa area. It’s a quiet place, but there’s always something that needs fixing or building. I’ve been working with my hands for years, and eventually, it just made sense to make it a real company. I don't have a bunch of secretaries or a big marketing budget. Usually, I'm the one answering the phone and the one out on the site. If I need extra hands, I hire some of the local men from the village for a few days. It works out well for everyone. We do mostly residential stuff, like adding rooms or fixing up old structures that are falling apart. The materials come from the local market, and we try to get things done as fast as the weather allows. It’s not always easy, especially when the electricity goes out or the truck gets stuck, but that’s just life here. People know where I live, so they just drop by if they have a project in mind. It’s a very direct way of doing business. I’m not trying to become the biggest builder in the state or anything like that. I just want to do decent work that stays standing for a long time. It’s my living and I take it seriously enough to be out there every morning until the job is done.
