We are Ksr Hotels Private Limited, and you can find us in Viman Nagar, Pune. Our office is on the ground floor, Unit 2/2 of Plot No 8. We’re right across from Rosary School at S No 206/3. It gets pretty noisy when the kids are coming or going from school, but it adds some life to the street. Viman Nagar is a great area because it’s close to the airport and has a lot of energy. We’ve been working from this ground floor unit for a good while. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff or fancy decorations. We just have our desks and our work. We manage hotel properties and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the traffic in 411014 gets a bit much, especially during the peak hours, but that’s just Pune for you. We are a small team and we like it that way. Everyone knows what they need to do. We don't really have big meetings or long speeches. We just get into the office, check what needs doing, and get to it. Being right opposite the school makes it easy to give directions. It’s a very local feel here. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this neighborhood, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s just honest work in the hospitality industry.
