Out here in Sandha, things move at a certain pace. Kavyanshu Infrastructure Private Limited is based in the New Housing Colony area of Chapra. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the busier parts of Saran. We started this because there was always a need for someone to handle the heavy lifting on infrastructure projects around the local panchayat. Our office is just a regular place in the colony where we keep the equipment lists and the worker schedules. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, so the office is mostly for the evenings or early mornings. The roads around here can be tricky during the monsoon, so we have to plan the work carefully. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just reliable for the folks in this part of Bihar. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We mostly just talk to people face to face. Dealing with sand, bricks, and concrete is what we know. It gets tiring sometimes, especially when the supplies are late, but we manage to keep things going. My desk is usually covered in site maps and tea cups. It is just the way we work. Anyone from the Tola knows where we are if they need to discuss a project. We keep it simple and honest. We don't have much to brag about, we just do the jobs as they come.
