You can find us in Arwa village, located in the Nagra area. Ind Nidhi Limited operates out of Mahesh Prasad’s place. It’s a quiet spot in Saran, far away from the big city noise. Living and working in a village means everyone knows everyone else. We started this because there was a need for a local place to handle small financial matters without having to travel all the way to a major town. The office is pretty basic. It is just a room with some tables and chairs where we sit and go through the books. We don't have fancy computers or a big sign out front. Most people just know where we are by word of mouth. Sometimes cows walk past the door while we are working. It’s just the way things are here in Khaira. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers and local workers who come by. They might want to put a little bit of money aside or ask how the paperwork works. We explain it as best as we can. It’s a slow pace of life, but the work is important. We keep track of every rupee and make sure the records stay clean. It’s mostly manual work, writing things down and checking them twice. Being part of the village means we are accountable to our neighbors. We see them at the market and at the temple every few days.
