Aryan General Store

Aryan General Store is situated in Village Saraiya, not far from the Post Office. We are also quite close to the SBI Bank branch here. This makes it convenient for people who are out doing their banking chores. The village is a calm place, and we are right on the main path where people walk. We opened this store because there wasn't a good place nearby to get the basics. We keep things like cooking oil, pulses, and snacks. The shelves are mostly made of wood that we put up ourselves. They aren't perfectly straight, but they hold the weight just fine. We have a big porch out front where people sometimes stand to get out of the rain. The bank brings a lot of people from the neighboring villages too. So, we see many new faces alongside our regular neighbors. The sun sets early here, and we usually close up shortly after the bank staff goes home. It is a family business. My daughter helps me keep track of the stock in the evenings. We don't have a computer or anything like that. We just use a thick notebook and a pen to write everything down. It gets the job done. Sometimes we run out of things, and people have to wait a few days for the next truck to come from town. No one seems to mind much. We just live day by day and try to keep the shelves full. It's a humble shop.
