Thinkright 3E Solutions Private Limited is located at M-26 on the ground floor of the old Housing Colony in Adityapur. Jamshedpur is a real working town, and Adityapur is right in the thick of all the industrial activity. Our office is in one of the older buildings, so it has a bit of character, or maybe just some peeling paint here and there. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to climb any stairs with heavy boxes of files. We have been here for a good while now. The colony is always full of life, with kids playing outside and neighbors chatting near the gates. It can get a bit noisy when the shifts change at the nearby factories, but we’ve grown used to the hum of the city. Inside M-26, it is just a plain office setup. We have a few desks pushed together and some metal filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them. It’s a private limited company, but we run it in a very straightforward way. No big meetings or fancy presentations, just us getting through the daily tasks. Jamshedpur is a tough, practical city, and I think our office reflects that. We just show up, do our work, and try to keep things moving. It’s not the most modern space, but it’s ours and it works for what we need.
