We operate out of MIG-236 in the Adityapur Housing Colony. It’s pretty easy to find because we are right near the NIT gate. This area has been our home base for quite some time now. We are into real estate and developing properties around here. It's mostly about finding land and figuring out what can actually be built there. Sometimes it feels like we spend all our time dealing with paperwork and local rules, but that's just how the business is. We started this because we saw how much Adityapur was changing and growing. Being near the NIT means there’s always people moving around and looking for places to stay or invest in. Our office isn't anything special, just a regular spot in the colony where we keep our files and meet with contractors to discuss the next steps. We don't really do the big sales pitches you see in the city. We just tell people what's available and what the cost is going to be. It's more about being a local face that people can trust. Construction and land can be messy, so we try to stay on top of the details. Some days are slow and some days the phone won't stop ringing from morning till night. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners in the colony quite well. It’s a good community to be a part of. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in Jharkhand, just to do our part and keep the business running steady for everyone involved.
