Purusili Housing Private Limited is located over in the Adityapur Industrial Area, specifically Phase-4. We have these two units, M-11 and M-12, where we handle everything. Being in Gamharia means we are right in the middle of all the industrial action in Seraikela. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always trucks moving around or someone working on something nearby. We focus on housing projects because that is what is needed around here. It isn't always easy, especially with how prices for cement and steel keep jumping around these days. We just do our work and try to stay on schedule as much as the local conditions allow. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to keep the files and meet with the guys on the ground. We’ve been here in Jharkhand for a bit now. Sometimes the days get long, but we just keep at it. People come by the industrial area and find us easily enough. We don’t go for big advertisements or anything. Most of what we do comes from just being around and finishing the jobs we started. It’s a lot of practical work, making sure the foundations are right and the walls go up straight. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that knows the local area and the people living here. We just try to do decent work every day.
