It’s a regular neighborhood, and our setup reflects that. We aren't interested in looking like those big city firms. We mostly focus on real estate and the technical side of construction around the local area. The streets here can get pretty crowded, but we like being in the middle of it. We started this because we saw a need for more housing and development right here in Dindli Basti. It’s been a learning process. We’ve had to figure out a lot of the regulations and how to get things moving through the local offices. Maa Aakarshini Real Tech Private Limited is just a group of us who know the land and the people. We don't promise anything we can't do. Usually, we are out looking at plots or talking to contractors. If the office door at number 125 is locked, it’s probably because we are on a site visit somewhere in the district. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy brochures or anything like that. Just hard work and making sure the foundations are poured correctly. It’s a quiet kind of life, mostly spent checking on progress and making sure the supplies are coming in. We’re just local people doing our bit in Adityapur. We’ve seen the town grow and just want to be part of that in a small way that makes sense for everyone involved.
