Larsen & Toubro Limited

We've been here in Taj Nagar on Road No. 2 for a while now. It’s right in the Kapali area, near Chandil. Most people around Seraikela-Kharsawan know where we are. It’s not a fancy office, just where we get the work done. The yard gets dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is around here. We have a few desks and a lot of paperwork to sort through every day. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just sit outside for a bit. It’s a quiet spot most of the time. We handle the local stuff for Larsen & Toubro Limited. Usually, it's just us coordinating with the crews and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. If you're coming from the main road, you just turn at the landmark and keep going. We don’t have a big sign or anything, so you have to look for the gate. The team here is small, just a couple of us who live nearby. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s mostly just making sure things move along without too much trouble. Sometimes the trucks get delayed, but we figure it out. We keep the kettle going for tea in the afternoons. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do. We don’t really do much on weekends unless there is a big job finishing up. There is always something to clean or fix.
