Jmt Auto is located at C-19 20 in the 7th Phase. Adityapur Industrial Area is a massive place, and we are right in the thick of it. The workshop is usually noisy because of the metal work. We deal with auto parts and manufacturing stuff. There’s always grease on someone’s hands and the smell of industrial oil in the air. It’s a big space since we occupy two plots, 19 and 20. We have a lot of heavy machinery that requires constant maintenance. The guys on the floor know their way around the lathes and presses. It’s a tough job, especially when the summer heat hits the metal roof. We start early to beat the sun, but the work goes on until late evening. This part of Adityapur is full of trucks and loading docks. We spend our days checking specs and making sure the parts we produce fit what the customers asked for. It isn’t a clean office job; it’s gritty and loud. We’ve had some of the same machines for years, and they still do the trick. Every day is about meeting the production schedule. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just delivery drivers and people picking up orders. We just keep our heads down and focus on the metal. It’s what we’ve always done here in the 7th Phase and we don't plan on changing much.
