We've been here in Adityapur for a bit now, right on the second floor in Sai Nagar. If you know where the Bank of Baroda is on the main road in Kalpanapuri, then you've probably walked right past us without even looking up. The stairs are a little steep, but once you get up here, it’s just a regular office where we handle things for the folks around Saraikela-Kharsawan. It’s usually pretty quiet until the afternoon when more people start stopping by after they finish their own work. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and a few fans going when it gets hot outside. Most of the people who come in are neighbors or people from the nearby shops who have known us for a while. We spend a lot of time just talking about how things are going in the local area while we go through the paperwork. It’s not a big corporate setup with a lot of staff in suits. Usually, it’s just a couple of us here keeping track of everything. We try to keep things simple because that’s what people around here seem to prefer. There's always tea going if someone wants some, and we just do our daily tasks one by one. Being near the main road means it gets noisy with the traffic sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two.
