We are located at B7 and 8 in the Adityapur Industrial Estate. It’s a busy spot in Jamshedpur. Most people around here are doing something related to steel or manufacturing. The roads inside the estate are a bit bumpy, especially when it rains and the puddles get deep. Our workshop is a large space with high ceilings. It stays cool in the winter, but in the summer, it's like an oven. We have been part of Emdet Jamshedpur for quite some time. We don't spend much on decorations or making things look pretty. The money goes into the equipment and making sure the staff gets paid on time. There is a lot of clanging and banging going on throughout the shift. You get used to shouting over the noise to talk to the person next to you. Adityapur is a tough place to work sometimes, but there’s a real sense of community among the units here. If we need a specific tool or a bit of advice, we can usually just walk over to the next shed and ask. It’s not about being the biggest company; it’s about getting the orders right. Most of the guys live nearby and walk or cycle to work. We start early when the air is still a bit fresh. By noon, the whole place is humming with activity. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
