Venture Exports & Imports

We are located at No.6 in Shri Seshadri Nagar, which is part of Madambakkam. It’s a bit of a drive from the city, but we like the quiet out here. Venture Exports & Imports started because a few of us wanted to work for ourselves instead of for a big boss. We handle a bit of everything, bringing goods in and sending them out to different places. Our office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, a printer that jams too often, and a lot of coffee cups. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments and making sure the customs papers are right. It’s a lot of boring desk work, but we enjoy the freedom of it. There is a big mango tree right outside our window that gives us some shade in the afternoons. Sometimes we just sit out there to take our calls. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones for us. If you call, you’ll get one of us directly. We’ve built up a good list of people we work with over the years. We aren't trying to grow into a massive company. We just want to do a solid job and keep the business running smoothly. It’s a practical way to earn a living without all the corporate headaches. The office cat usually sleeps on the paperwork, but we don't mind.
