Astha Homeopathic Clinic

The clinic is situated in Rang Mahal Cinema Wali Gali, which is right near the Gaya railway crossing. It’s a lively little area, though it can get a bit loud when the trains go by several times a day. We focus on homeopathy here, so the shelves are lined with hundreds of those tiny glass bottles and jars. I spend a lot of time filling those small paper packets with the white sugar pills that the doctor prescribes. It’s a quiet kind of work that requires a lot of focus so I don't mix anything up. The lane outside is narrow, and there’s always something going on, whether it’s a street vendor passing by or neighbors chatting. We don’t have a massive waiting area, just a couple of wooden benches that have been there since the clinic opened. The lighting inside is a bit dim, but it creates a calm atmosphere which I think helps the patients feel more relaxed. People come to us from all over the area because they prefer the homeopathic approach for their long-term issues. We keep things very basic and practical. There’s no big signage or flashing lights out front, just a simple board with the name. It’s a humble place that’s been part of this neighborhood near the crossing for years. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work helping whoever walks in the door.
