Vastumai Green City Private Limited

We are based out of Vill Barai Tola in the Khalilabad area. It is in the Sant Kabir Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Our setup is pretty simple, located at the home of Anand Kumar Yadav. It is more of a local family operation than anything else. Vastumai Green City Private Limited is the name we use for our land and development work. Being in a village area like Barai Tola means we know almost everyone and they know us too. It is not like those big city offices where nobody says hello in the hallway. Here, we sit outside a lot, especially when the weather is decent and the sun isn't too harsh. We handle a lot of local paperwork and deal with land matters around this part of Khalilabad. It involves a lot of walking around and talking to people on their porches or in the fields. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough, especially during the monsoon season, but we are used to that. We don't have a website or anything high-tech. Just a desk, some wooden chairs, and a lot of paper registers. We keep track of everything manually for the most part. It is honest work and it keeps us very busy during the day. People often come by just to ask about plots or to have a quick chat about the neighborhood. We have been part of this community for a long time. It is a quiet life, but there is always something to do.
